JL Recruitment is looking for Car sales executives to work for a large motor group in Cornwall.
The Role: To assist customers with car enquiries with the aim of winning business and ultimately guiding them smoothly and professionally through their car purchase ensuring that it is an unforgettable experience. You will strive to maintain good relationships with customers, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the company.
- Assisting customers with their car choice and any associated appropriate products
- Accompanying prospective customers on test drives
- Explaining and offering Finance options
- Keeping up to date on the products and services offers
- Handling part-exchange processes
- Assisting with forecourt management
- Achieving personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels
- Liaising with the Collections team regarding vehicle collection and handover process (Bristol only)
- Operating within Company policies and procedures, including GDPR
General Responsibilities
- Work professionally as a member of the Sales team, communicating information efficiently and effectively to other team members as required
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly
- Ensure correct input, maintenance and retrieval of any relevant data
- Accept ownership for timely completion of tasks, within tight deadlines
- Promote and share a good working environment
Compensation: £15,000 + Bonuses (£45,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. (with 1/2 days off during the week.)
